 Danel Engineering is a registered vehicle manufacturer in terms of category 01 and 02 trailers with three different homologated models. The unbraked Coachman 750 has a gross vehicle mass of 750 kilograms whilst our Coachman 1500 is a durable and robust trailer that can carry a load of 1 ton. Our biggest trailer to date is the Coachman 2500 that boasts a gross vehicle mass of 2,5 ton. We are in the process of applying for the homologation of the Coachman 3500 that will be able to carry a load of approximately 2750 kilograms. We specialize in custom made vehicles and always try to meet our client’s trailer needs, as long as it complies with the minimum requirements of the South African Bureau of Standards as well as with the law in terms of the National Traffic Act as safety and quality are our main concerns. We supply approximately 80% of our vehicles to the commercial sector and even as a young organization we associate ourselves with some of the big companies in our country. We manufacture and supply trailers for Namibia Breweries which we distribute through our trailer sales company, Dan the Trailer Man, with branches in Johannesburg and Windhoek. We take pride in the fact that we are the trailer manufacturer for South African Breweries, Toyota Motorsport, Primedia Outdoor and Servest Holdings, to name but a few of our valued clients. Our factory is in Honeydew, Randburg, from where we manufacture high quality trailers and offer excellent after sales service as well as counter sales of SABS approved trailer components and affiliated products to the public. Dan the Trailer Man is an approved dealer for other manufacturers such as Challenger, BSA Commercial & Leisure, Eagle, Kupa, NIC, Alu Star and Alu Glide. We offer the customer a one-stop trailer shop where anything affiliated to the trailer industry can be purchased or ordered. |
